Click any toolbar item’s icon for information about that item.

Shows the selected items in the Finder.
Opens the selected items as if they were double-clicked in the Finder.
Click this item to open a menu of applications and choose one to open the currently selected item or items. Once an application has been selected, its icon will be used for this toolbar item and clicking it will open the current selection in the same application.
Shows a menu of various actions that may be taken on the selected items. See the Actions menu for detailed information about the available actions.
Opens an Info window for the selected items. Always opens only one Info window.
Shows a window giving count and size information for the selected items.
Asks for a location to move the selected items to, or shows a menu of recent locations.
Asks for a location to copy the selected items to, or shows a menu of recent locations.
Asks for items to add to the list, or shows a menu of recent items.
Removes the selected items from the list.
Opens a menu of settings which affect the current list. Changes to these settings only apply to the current List window unless the Save Current Settings command is used to save the current settings for use in new List windows. The last command, List Preferences, opens the File List panel of the Preferences window.
Moves the selected items to the Trash. Pressing Command-backspace has the same effect.
The List window toolbar is a standard Mac OS X toolbar. Click this item to add, remove, and rearrange items to create the toolbar layout which works best for you using a standard toolbar customization window. Control-click the toolbar to customize the toolbar if the Customize item is not in the toolbar.
Open a the Finder Get Info window for each selected item.
Move the selected items to the Desktop.
Shows a menu of locations in which to create aliases of the selected items.
Opens a Find window with options preset to find files similar to the selected item (single items only).
Shows a menu of options for finding and selecting unique and duplicate items in the selected items.
Marks the selected items, or shows a menu of options for managing marked items. See Mark toolbar item for more information.
Save the list to disk. See Saving lists for more information.
Asks for a folder whose contents should be added to the list, or shows a menu of recent folders.
Creates a new e-mail message in your default e-mail program with the selected items attached.
The icon displayed here is an example. File Buddy will use the icon of your e-mail application for this item in List window toolbars.
Immediately deletes the selected items, or shows a menu of erasure options. You will be given a chance to confirm item deletion.
Item deletion can not be undone.
Print the selected items, if possible.
